El lugar donde guardamos las maletas lo escogimos solo porque nos quedaba cerca, pero la verdad es que los dependientes apenas sabían de qué se trataba el asunto. Hay una descoordinación entre los empleados, ya que cuando fuimos a buscar las maletas, no había ningún comprobante de su recepción y, por lo tanto, no nos creían. Tuve que hablar en inglés para entendernos mejor, ya que apenas hablan castellano. Los dependientes fueron en general muy amables y preocupados y no hubo ningún problema con las maletas, pero le pediría a Radical Storage que se preocupara más de los locales y de cómo se está gestionando el servicio en ellas.

The experience was confusing. I didn’t know it was a store I would be storing my things at and had my air bnb host not recommended it I would have thought it might be a scam. Pictures of location were helpful, but wrong address was given. QRcode was given but no where to scan it. Instructions up front that it would be at a store inside a secure location would have been helpful. A sticker with radical storage logo on the store window would have helped and to state to talk to store worker would also have helped.

The place was a grocery store and the staff didn’t even know that people can leave their luggage there, therefore, we were really confused at first and it was really chaotic. It would be a good idea to communicate more with your partners :) also it would be better if people could see the address before paying for it :$
